As Production Coordinator, I played a key role in keeping the production on track and running smoothly from prep through production wrap. I ensured the crew was always prepared for upcoming scenes, maintaining clear communication that kept transitions efficient. During pre-production and production, I managed all paperwork and contracts, ensuring everything was organized and completed on schedule. I also worked closely with location managers to keep them in the loop for scene schedules and timing, helping avoid any logistical surprises.

By maintaining clear and consistent crew communications through call sheets, updates, and on-set coordination, I helped create a seamless workflow that allowed the team to stay focused on the creative vision - all while having a football super.
